Sunday Blessings

I had an early, exhausting, insiteful, sweet day and just wanted to share a few things that happened.

1. Early - Preparations for church, Primary Program and meeting.

2. Exhausting - Watching a class or ANY class of 10 and 11-year old boys because they are always bursting with energy, spirit and what I like to call "potential leadership skills."

3. Insiteful - On the way to church, I reprimanded Kate (my 6 year old) and said something like, "...not my Kate, she's a BIG girl." she quickly responded by saying, "But mom, I'm MEDIUM."

4. Sweet - Watching a loving teacher console one of her class members.

Becoming emotional after reading a comment card about the Primary Program to the children and finding out later that it was my sweet husband who wrote it.

Being able to serve among the children every week where the spirit is so very strong. I am so grateful.

Best Sacrament meeting of the whole year today. I love the primary program and what a wonderful job you do with the children!! The spirit was strong and I enjoyed every minute of it. You are an amazing mother, wife, and leader in our ward. (By the way I think your husband looks a little like Donny Osmond too!!)

The program was awesome! Wanna do it again next month, with a whole new program?......Thanx for all your hard work with our precious children. I wish I could have been in there to hear the comments. Great job!

That was a fabulous program, the best one I have seen in years. The spirit was very strong, and the children were beautiful. Thank you so much for a great start to my week.

I wish I could have seen the program Mindy. It sounds like it was wonderful.

I love Kate's summary of her life.

What a fun new header and background, too.

Aren't Primary Programs exhausting? Ours was on Sunday too. As exhausting as it was, it was still loaded with "spiritual whiserings".
